P90X
I'm too lazy to write this in both English and Swedish so I'm just gonna do this in English. So yeah, I tried P90X yoga a couple of days ago and holy crap it's such an intense workout compared to the yoga I've done before (ashtanga). After 15 minutes I have to take a break, the ashtanga yoga I can do the 50 minute program straight through without a break. I was planning to do the entire P90X deal but it's far too intense for me right now. I need to start doing some kind of cardio too, even if I hate it, because I need to burn calories more effectively and not just build muscles. Yeah! Getting fit, huh!
